Good bye 2013, Welcome 2014!

It's been a tough year, with good and bad, it's now close to its end.

This year I've organized the Eurodance Riff Contest 2013, a classic Eurodance music contest where 29 participants from 17 countries submitted a total of 67 entries. It's been a great experience and I'm satisfied with the results.

I wish everyone who's reading a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!

The Eurodance Riff Contest 2013 has now ended. It was a lot of work to do since I was the only organizer, but it was a great thing to do. You can hear the winning riffs at http://eurodanceriffcontest.blogspot.com

Great American Song Contest 2012 - Song Evaluation

This morning I've received the evaluation of the Great American Song Contest for my song "A Question of a Child". Here it is:

Ttitle/Hook: 8
Clarity/Progression of theme: 5
Originality: 6
Rhyming: 7
Imagery/poetics: 7
Melody: 5

Comments: "I appreciate the poetic elements of this composition. And you set the hook phrase up perfectly with the organized structure... Keep on honing craft, there is talent here!"

Judges rate the components of each song on a scale from 1 to 10. A rating of ‘1’ suggests a need for major improvement, ‘5’ is average and a rating of ‘10’ signifies excellence.
